María Eulofia Rodríguez Tixal

Hola a todos,

Con mucha pena les informo a todos que este día a las 6:00 de la mañana falleció en la aldea La Estancia, Municipio de Cantel, Departamento de Quetzaltenango, Guatemala, quien en vida fuera la señora María Eulofia Rodríguez Tixal, de 43 años de edad, hermana de nuestro compañero Lino Rodríguez Tixal. Ella deja tres hijos: uno de 20 años, otro de 18 y otro de 19, al igual que su esposo, sus padres y tres hermanos.
Les pido para que en nuestras oraciones encomendemos a Dios su alma y pidamos porque la familia encuentre la resignación cristiana necesaria. También es importante hacerle llegar a Lino nuestras muestras de pesar.

Chers Confrères,

Nous tenons à vous informer sur la santé de notre Confrère Cardinal Frédérique Etsou qui est hospitalisé à la Clinique Universitaire Gasthuisberg à Leuven. Depuis environ deux semaines il a continuellement une fièvre dont on n’a pas encore pu trouver la cause.
Depuis deux jours il a des difficultés respiratoires causées par un œdème aigu des poumons.
Le Supérieur général Edouard Tsimba, en visite en BNL, lui a administré le sacrement des malades jeudi dernier.
Nous confions notre Confrère au Seigneur. Soutenons-le par nos prières.

Dear Confreres,

This is to inform you of the health condition of our Confrere Cardinal Frédérique Etsou who is hospitalized in the Academic Hospital Gasthuisberg in Leuven.
He has had a fever for about 2 weeks through unknown causes so far.
For the last two days he has had respiratory problems because of a pulmonary infection.
Our Superior General Edouard Tsimba, who happened to be in BNL, has administered the sacrament of the sick last Thursday.
We put our Confrere in the Lord’s hand. Let us keep praying for him.
